Mathieu Carrière specializes in teaching the piano, guitar, and drums.
Completing his Bachelor of Music at McMaster University in 2013, and becoming a qualified OCT member in 2017, Mathieu has been teaching private music lessons for the past 6 years.
Mathieu believes that with the correct approach to teaching and a students' motivation to learn, all students have the potential of becoming competent musicians. Mathieu also believes that making music should be fun, and he aims to make a student's music learning experience a positive experience.
In addition to his passion for teaching music, Mathieu has performed as a hired pianist, guitarist, and drummer throughout his life, and continues to write music and perform with his own band, Jon Dale.
